Broad Run did not end the regular season the way they wanted to, with a tie followed by a loss, but that was then and this is the playoffs. Stone Bridge however, came into the Conference Title game still flying high from their win over #1 seeded Briar Woods, but that was then and this is Broad Run. The two teams played to a 1-1 tie at the half, before Broad Run scored 2 goals in the 2nd half to win the title 3-2.

Juniors, Michael Scully and Emmanuel Robertson each scored a goal for Stone Bridge.

Sharing is a good quality to have, Spartans’ Senior, Nolan Poretz knows that well, which is why he ranks in the top 5 assist leaders in NoVA. Poretz had 2 assists in the game to give him 11 on the year. Three more Seniors, Jose Trejo, Zachary Corley, and Wilder James were not ready to leave without a Conference Championship, scoring a goal each. James now ranks in the top 10 in NoVA for both goals (12) and assists (7). This man is on a mission.
